This Digital Delivery Policy explains how purchases made through heavydutymanuals.com are delivered. Heavy Duty Manuals sells downloadable digital service, repair, operator, technical, and parts manuals. We do not sell or ship physical books or other physical products.

1. Digital Products Only

All products sold through Heavy Duty Manuals are delivered electronically. Depending on the product description, your purchase may be provided as:

  • A PDF manual
  • A ZIP archive containing one or more PDF files
  • A collection of related digital manual files

The format applicable to your purchase is identified on the product page. No printed manual, disc, parcel, or physical product will be mailed to you.

2. How Your Purchase Is Delivered

After your payment is successfully processed, the digital-delivery system generates access to your purchase.

Your download link is generally provided through:

  • The order-confirmation page displayed after checkout
  • A digital-delivery email sent to the email address entered during checkout

The delivery email may contain an Access Your Content button or another secure download link. Select that button or link to download your purchased files.

Because fulfillment is electronic, no shipping carrier, tracking number, customs form, delivery vehicle, or physical shipping address is involved.

3. Delivery Time

Most download links are available within a few minutes after payment is confirmed.

Occasionally, delivery may take longer because:

  • The payment requires additional processing or verification
  • The customer entered an incorrect email address
  • The delivery email was filtered into a spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder
  • The customer’s email provider delayed or rejected the message
  • A temporary technical or internet issue interrupted delivery

If your download link has not arrived within 60 minutes, check all filtered email folders and verify that the email address entered during checkout was correct. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@heavydutymanuals.com.

4. No Physical Shipping

Heavy Duty Manuals does not print, bind, package, or mail physical manuals. No physical product will be delivered to your home, business, billing address, or registered equipment location.

Digital orders do not include:

  • Physical shipping
  • Shipping charges
  • Carrier tracking
  • Customs processing
  • Import duties on a physical parcel
  • Local pickup or walk-in collection

References to “shipping” generated automatically by Shopify or a payment service refer to the platform’s standard transaction terminology and do not change the digital nature of the product.

5. Providing Accurate Customer Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate email address during checkout. We recommend reviewing the email address carefully before completing payment because the delivery system uses it to send your purchase information.

If an incorrect or misspelled email address was submitted, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The name used during checkout
  • The incorrect email address, if known
  • The correct email address

We will review the order and assist with correcting the delivery information after verifying the purchase.

6. Downloading PDF Files

PDF manuals can generally be opened using:

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • A modern web browser
  • The built-in PDF viewer on Windows or macOS
  • A compatible PDF-reading application on iOS or Android

An internet connection is required for the initial download. After downloading the file, customers should save a personal backup copy on their device or secure storage service.

7. Downloading and Extracting ZIP Files

Some purchases are supplied as ZIP archives containing one or more PDF manuals. ZIP files must be downloaded and extracted before the included PDFs can be opened.

Common extraction methods include:

  • Windows: Right-click the ZIP file and select Extract All
  • macOS: Double-click the ZIP file
  • Android: Open the ZIP file through the Files application and select Extract
  • iPhone or iPad: Open the ZIP file through the Files application to create an extracted folder

A ZIP preview warning or an inability to preview the file directly in a browser does not necessarily mean the file is damaged. Download and extract the archive before attempting to open the included manuals.

8. Large Files and Interrupted Downloads

Some technical manuals contain thousands of pages and may have a large file size. Download time depends on the file size, device, browser, internet speed, and network stability.

If a download is interrupted:

  1. Confirm that your internet connection is stable.
  2. Reopen the original digital-delivery email.
  3. Select the download link again.
  4. Try another current browser if the issue continues.
  5. Contact customer support if you cannot complete the download.

Do not repeatedly purchase the same manual because of a download problem. Contact us so we can assist with the original order.

9. Reaccessing a Purchase

Customers should download and retain a personal backup copy of each purchased manual. If you lose access to your original link or accidentally delete the file, contact us with your order number and purchase email address.

We will make a reasonable effort to verify the order and restore access or resend the purchased files. Reaccess remains subject to our published download-access terms, file availability, and applicable law.

10. Incorrect, Missing, or Unreadable Files

Contact us if:

  • Your download link does not work
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • Files appear to be missing from a ZIP archive
  • You received a manual different from the product purchased
  • The supplied manual materially differs from its product description

Please provide your order number, purchase email address, product title, and a description or screenshot of the issue. We may attempt to resend the file, provide corrected access, or supply an appropriate replacement before considering a refund.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Return Policy and any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to the customer.

11. Delivery Across Supported Markets

Heavy Duty Manuals uses the same electronic-delivery process in every market where checkout is available. Because products are delivered digitally, customers do not wait for international shipping or physical customs clearance.

Currency, taxes, payment methods, and statutory consumer rights may vary according to the customer’s location. This policy does not limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

We may update this policy when our digital-delivery process, product formats, support procedures, or legal obligations change. The current version and most recent update date will remain published on this page.
